Who we are

DevNexum (“we”, “us”) operates devnexum.com and provides software development services to business clients worldwide.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of our website and clients who engage us for services.

Information we collect

Contact and inquiry data: name, email address, company, phone number (if provided), and project details submitted through our contact forms.

Usage data: pages visited, referral source, device type, browser, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected via standard analytics to improve our site.

Project data: materials, credentials, and communications you share during an engagement, handled under our statement of work and security practices.

How we use your information

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, send project updates, and improve our website and marketing.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with subprocessors that help us operate (see below), and only to the extent required for those purposes.

Subprocessors

Typical providers include hosting (e.g. Vercel), email delivery (e.g. Resend), analytics, and project management tools. Each is selected for reliability and appropriate data handling terms.

We can provide a current subprocessor list on request. We will notify active clients of material changes where contractually required.

Retention

Inquiry data is retained while a sales conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless you ask us to delete it.

Project and contract records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil our obligations, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

For privacy or legal requests, email hello@devnexum.com.

International transfers

We work with clients globally. Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required by law.
