Agreement

By accessing devnexum.com or engaging DevNexum for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

Content on this website is general information only. A binding engagement requires a signed proposal, statement of work, or equivalent written agreement.

Use of our website

You may not misuse the site, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping in violation of our robots rules, or using the site in any unlawful manner.

We may update or suspend the site for maintenance or security without notice.

Services and statements of work

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and acceptance criteria are defined in individual proposals or statements of work signed by both parties.

Changes to scope require written agreement and may affect timeline and fees. We will not perform out-of-scope work without approval.

Client materials you provide remain your property. Upon full payment per the contract, deliverables defined in the statement of work are transferred to you as specified therein.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in each proposal. Late payments may pause work until accounts are brought current, as specified in the contract.

Unless otherwise agreed, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Warranties and limitation of liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services are provided without other warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevNexum’s total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws specified in your statement of work, or otherwise by the laws of England and Wales if no jurisdiction is stated.
